I graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2002 and completed my Vocational Training in West London where I was awarded first prize on the Barnet Scheme for my clinical case.

Following completion of Vocational Training I joined a family practice in Twickenham. I spent 12 years at the practice where I was fortunate to gain a wide breadth of experience providing general dental care to the community I grew up in. During this time I pursued my special interests in the field of Endodontics (root canal treatments), enhanced my skills and knowledge in General Restorative and Cosmetic treatments.

In 2007 I undertook further study and completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Restorative and Implant Dentistry from The Eastman Dental Institute.

I am passionate about general dentistry, continued education and frequently attend courses to keep up to date. I have experience working as a Clinical Demonstrator at King's College Hospital in London. I also became an Educational Supervisor and Trainer for the London Deanery teaching and supporting newly qualified dentists through their first year.

In addition to clinical interests I was a part-time Local Dental Practice Adviser for Richmond Primary Care Trust, and currently I work part-time as a Specialist Dental Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) ensuring patients are cared for.

I value spending time getting to know my patients and have been told I have a calm and friendly manner. I endeavor to provide a high level of care, placing emphasis on prevention, providing comprehensive treatment plans and discussing all treatment options with my patients.

Most of my time outside dentistry is spent with my husband and two young sons. I also look forward to returning to boot camp fitness, running and skiing.
